Yoga Fusion

Instructor Laura Parker will lead you through a hybrid, athletic workout inspired by the mind/body practices of yoga and Pilates. Her wide knowledge of group fitness based classes and years of experience will be appreciated in class as you find the principles of sports stretch, strength training, conditioning, and dynamic movement catered to you!
This class is ideal for building strength and flexibilty.
Classes offered
All of our instructors work hard to show modifications for all levels of strength and abilities, and watch carefully to help correct posture and form to reduce risk of injury. Any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions please be sure to consult with your physician before attending a class, and inform your instructor of any medical conditions that they should be aware of. Group classes are a fun way to stay active and healthy in a fun and uplifting environment.

H.I.I.T

This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before the busy days get started.

PiYo

If you are looking for a high-intensity, low-impact workout, look no further! Join in Beach Body's popular PiYO. You can achieve hardcore definition, intense calorie burn, and all over strength. PiYo was created by fitness professional Chalene Johnson, and has brought many people recognizable success on achieving flexibility and strength among many other health benefits.
This popular class is a combination of pilates and yoga movements choreographed to flow smoothly to music in an intense cardio, and strength building work-out.

Zumba for Kids

Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids get the chance to socialize with friends and jam out to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids, classes are rockin', high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, cultural awareness.
Classes are available in sessions or scheduled as a party.
Age groups: 3-5yrs, 6-11yrs, 12-15yrs

Senior Strength (Silver Sneakers)

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.

Silver Sneakers Yoga

Get ready to move through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness levels.

BODY SCULPT

Challenge your muscles and get measurable results. Body Sculpt is a circuit based class, with a series of exercises grouped together to target all major muscle groups and build strength and endurance. Within a short period of time you will see an increase in your strength, flexibilty and muscle definition!!!
